주식회사 다인온 (DAINON Co., Ltd.) (“we”) operates Shorttalk (숏톡, https://shot.on1.kr, the “Service”). This policy explains what information the Service processes and applies to every page of the Service.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) to read public YouTube data. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Information we access and store — this is the complete list

The Service does not use Google sign-in (OAuth). It therefore never accesses or stores users’ YouTube or Google account data (subscriptions, watch history, private videos, etc. — “Authorized Data”). It never downloads video files. Cookies are used only to keep you logged in (session) and to remember your display language — there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Purpose
To show short videos that recently did well in the industry and region the user chooses, together with reference figures calculated by Shorttalk (views relative to subscribers, relative to the channel’s usual views, and a score) and an analysis of title, length, posting time and comments. Account and agreement records are used for login and to confirm policy agreement; access logs are used only for security (blocking unauthorised access).
4. Retention and deletion
- Data from YouTube API Services is shown with an “as of N hours ago” label, and the same search is not re-fetched for 24 hours.
- All collected results, including comment text and subscriber counts, are deleted automatically 30 days after retrieval (the deletion job runs at server start and on every page view). To keep seeing figures, they must be fetched again.
- Users can immediately delete their own search history and the results collected for it on the “My data” page (/account/data).
- The quota ledger (which API was used and how many units) contains no personal information and is deleted after 90 days.
5. No sale or sharing
We do not sell user information or data obtained through YouTube API Services, and do not share it with third parties, except where lawfully required by authorities. We run the server ourselves. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) sits in front of this site for security and delivery, so connection data such as IP addresses passes through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information at any time — directly on the “My data” page or via the contact below. On an account deletion request we delete the account, its agreement record and its search history.
7. Security
All connections use HTTPS. Feature pages are available only to logged-in accounts, and repeated failed logins are temporarily blocked. API keys and passwords are kept only in server configuration and never appear on screen or in logs.
